Ramen Taco Salad

Ramen Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 - package of ramen noodles
1 - handful of tortilla chips or Doritos, etc…
1/2 lb. of ground beef
Taco seasoning
1 - cup of shredded cheddar cheese
½ - cup salsa
Lettuce and tomatoes (optional)

Cooking
1. Bring water to boil
2. Then add ramen
3. Save seasoning packet for another meal
4. Cook till noodles break up
5. Then drain in strainer
6. Cook the ground beef with taco seasoning
7. When cooked, add the ramen noodles and mix it with the beef.
8. Put chips down (I like to crush them) and place noodles and beef over.
9. Add the shredded cheese
10. Add salsa and if you like lettuce and tomatoes

Finally, serve and enjoy!

Crunchy Tomato Soup

Crunchy Tomato Soup

This is a quick one. If you're in a hurry and want something fast, you can't beat it.

Ingredients

1 - can tomato soup
2 - packages ramen noodles

1 - pile of cheese chunks if you like.

Cooking
  1. Heat up some tomato soup

  2. Crumble in a couple of packages of ramen noodles.

  3. Keep the seasoning packets for another meal.

  4. CHEESE NOTE: If you like you can also cut up some cubes of cheddar cheese and then add them right before you eat. You can't beat the power of cheese.

The name says it all "crunchy soup", it's like soup with crackers, but the crackers don't get soggy.

Cheesy Veggie and Ramen Noodle Delight

This is the way I like it.

Ingredients
2 - packages ramen noodles
½ - cup carrots
½ - cup celery
¼ - cup of onions
½ - cup “whatever veggies you have or like”
1 - cup cheese chunks

Cooking
1. Bring water to boil
2. Add veggies
3. Then add ramen
4. Add 1 seasoning packet
5. Cook till noodles break up
6. Then drain in strainer
7. Sprinkle second packet on noodles
8. Mix and add just a touch of water to help blend
9. Finally, add cheese chunks and serve.

It becomes a cheesy veggie and noodle delight. No soup.

Vegetable Ramen Soup

Here’s a way to add a little more substance to your meal.

Ingredients
2 - packages ramen noodles
½ - cup carrots
½ - cup celery
¼ - cup of onions
½ - cup “whatever veggies you have or like”

Cooking
  1. Bring water to boil
  2. Add veggies
  3. Then add ramen
  4. Add seasoning packets.
  5. Cook till noodles break up
